This 12-week intensive will utilize C.S. Lewis’s classic children’s novel, Prince Caspian, to teach comprehension and writing skills. Over the course of 12 sessions, students will read the whole novel, answer comprehension questions, engage in discussions, and write a book summary/report on the novel. Homework will include reading approximately one and a half chapters a day and answering comprehension/discussion questions, and as a final assignment students will write a book report/summary. Ideal for grades 5-6
